At Overton’s, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied.  If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unopened and unused merchandise within one year for a full refund or exchange.  Defective or used merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange; these items will be inspected and a handling fee of up to 20% may be applied.  A refund less shipping and handling will be applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be sent promptly if requested.  When returning apparel, make sure it is in new, unworn condition, in the original package with all liners and tags attached.  To return the merchandise, simply fill out the return information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the merchandise to:

Please indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund).  For your protection please insure your package for its full value.  Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.  Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping and handling will not be refunded on refusals. 

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at 800-334-6541 for further instructions. 

All special orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.


QUIXTAR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Overton's wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the returns department at 1-800-334-6541 for return instructions. NO EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE WITH QUIXTAR ORDERS AT THE TIME OF RETURN. However, a new order can be placed on the Quixtar website. Returns can be made within 30 days from delivery confirmation.

Some items are covered under manufacturer's warranty and therefore may have to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. The returns department retains full discretion on granting refunds. All special orders are non-refundable. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.

AMAZON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds page on Amazon for more details.

DENT AND DING RETURNS
Overton's Dent & Ding section features product that has a minor cosmetic imperfection that will not affect its performance and in some cases it is not noticeable. Overton's wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact the returns department at 1-800-334-6541 for return instructions. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling of dent & ding returned items. Refunds and credits will be issued in accordance with the following schedule ("days" are from delivery confirmation):
  • 0-30 days - Product may be eligible for a full refund less postage and handling.
  • 31 or more days -No refunds will be issued.
